1.    How to Enter the Contest

a.    KMXB “Springtime in San Diego’ Sweepstakes” (“Contest”) will begin on or around 10:00 am PST on Monday, March 3, 2008 and will end at 12:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2008.

b.    To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method(s): 1.) go to a participating Port Of Subs Restaurant in the greater Las Vegas, NV area and collect the special passcode.  Then, log onto the CBS Radios’ Websites, www.mix941.fm, www.kluc.com, www.jackbaby.com, and www.xtremeradio.com and enter to win, with the correct passcode, the “Port of Subs in San Diego’ Sweepstakes”.  2.) Hand print your name, address, daytime and evening phone number, date of birth and passcode on a 3” x 5” piece a paper and mail in a first class stamped envelope to CBS Radio, Las Vegas, 6655 West Sahara Ave. Suite D-110, Las Vegas, NV 89146.  All entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, March 26, 2008 and received no later than Friday, March 29, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing.  No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. 

c.    CBS Radio Las Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from submitting his/her email.

d.    Only one person in each household may win a prize in this contest. 

2.    Eligibility Restrictions

a.    The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the greater Las Vegas, NV area, CBS Radio, KMXB, KXTE, KLUC, and KKJJ (the “Stations”), their licensee, Port of Subs, and each of their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and households are ineligible to participate or win.  CBS Radio and the Stations shall be collectively referred to as the “Contest Entities.”

b.    Only one winner per household is permitted in any Contest administered by the Stations.  You may only win once per contest.

3.    Prizes:

1. One Prize: a trip for four to San Diego, CA.  Prize includes roundtrip airfare from Las Vegas to San Diego on Southwest Airlines, a two night stay at the Marriott San Diego Gas Lamp District, four tickets to the San Diego Zoo, and four tickets to Sea World San Diego.  Approximate retail values (ARV): $1,500.00.  Grand Prize Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, hotel, hospitality and airport taxes, ground transportation, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, transfers, spending money and any other expenses not specifically offered herein.  Grand Prize Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon check in at hotel to cover any incidental expenses.

2. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Stations are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c.    Contest prizes are not transferable.  Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Prize must be used by the winner and his or her guests and may not be resold or exchanged for anything of value with a third party.

4.    Selection of Winners

a.    Decisions of Contest Entities management with respect to the Contest are final.

b.    The odds of winning depend upon the amount of qualified entries received.

c.  The Prize Winners will be determined by a random drawing by 1:00pm on Friday, March 29, 2008 from all eligible contest Qualifying emails and will win the grand prize upon conformation of eligibility, Qualifiers need not listen or be present to win a grand prize.  Winners may not change trip dates and will forfeit their prize if they cannot travel on specified dates.

5.    Conditions

a.    Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b.    By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. 

c.    Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Stations in their sole discretion may require Contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold CBS Radio, the Stations, its corporate licensee, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d.    The Contest Entities reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

e.    Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Contest Entities.

f.     The Contest Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g.    Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KMXB.
