Get ready to grip it and rip it at the 4th Annual X-107.5 Balls on the Green Golf Tournament at Siena Golf Club Friday June 13, 2008 to benefit Candle Lighters Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Entry fee is $420 per foursome or $107 for single player.

Players can pay for their tournament by credit or debit in person, over the phone, or via email.

-          To pay via email (Credit and Debit only) Gerry Montiel at gmontiel@sienagolfclub.com.  Please put “X-107.5 Balls on the Green Registration” in the subject field.  Include credit or debit card information and the names of all players in your group.

Please make sure to include the names of all the players in your group.  Unless specified to be in or part of a specific foursome with other participants, players will be placed in groups at random.
